There are moments you have to take sip by sip. For me, it is akin to sipping on air when scuba diving. When something is particularly delightful, painful, delicious, or alarming. You can sip on what is happening through breathing in then you can exhale. That is where that segment ends. Then you sip in again with a breath, pause and continue. There is no need to consider the second sip until you reach it and the first sip has been thoroughly consumed. I think honesty works in the same way. You can just decide to be honest in segments with the information presented to you at a given time when there is nothing more to know than what you know. I sip this information, share honestly, and eventually I end that segment. Then you can consider breathing in again and taking more in.
