…is really rare. The skills of a person, with high levels of self awareness and a morality, is not common. Beyond this, real leadership requires that people are courageous and risk taking. I say, this is even harder to find. Perhaps it goes without saying, but being a boss and being a leader are two massively different things.

It means that potential leaders are actually willing to change and adjust their own lives and be really uncomfortable in the process. It means that people can be vulnerable and make harder decisions. It means finding people who are this way, means celebrating them.
