One thing I really like about Perú is that people rarely raise their voices. You rarely hear people talking loudly on the bus. You do not hear people screaming. People rarely show frustration or anger by raising their voices.}
Lima can be chaotic. It is well known for this. It brings me to the feeling that the vibes where I live are calmer and quieter than many others I have experiences. There are things to be annoyed about like slow people on the sidewalk and major inefficiency while standing in line. But people not yelling, yep. People also take vacation. What a difference from the US, no?
