…is hard. It takes a long time. Longer than I want to wait. Longer than I hoped to wait. I want things to be addressed immediately without the pausing of other people.

That is not how it works. I can just take a seat. I can do my part, be clear, and be organized. I can send communication and be proactive. But I also have to wait. I like these people, but I do not like having to wait.

I just have to learn to be patient and remember that working with humans is neither logical nor linear. It is iterative; it loops back around. It waits until the last minute. It requires pushing, asking annoying questions, and following up. That is simply what it looks like.
