What happens when accountability takes place in midprocess and we see that others are being put at risk? Perhaps these words are used:

Shame on you. This is not how we treat each other.

Esto debe suceder en medio del proceso también. ¿Qué sucede cuando la rendición de cuentas tiene lugar en medio del proceso y vemos que otros están siendo puestos en riesgo? Tal vez se utilicen estas palabras:

Vergüenza para ti. No es así como nos tratamos unos a otros.
