Freedom of choice brings with it the realization that our choices belong to us. One is the choice to lead. The other is the choice to follow.

If we make the choice to lead, we need to be prepared to own the consequences of our leadership, even (or especially) if we can’t actually control what others do.

We can´t. I can´t.

La libertad de elección trae consigo la comprensión de que nuestras elecciones nos pertenecen. Una es la elección de liderar. La otra es la elección de seguir.

Si tomamos la decisión de liderar, necesitamos estar preparados para asumir las consecuencias de nuestro liderazgo, incluso (o especialmente) si no podemos controlar lo que hacen los demás.
