How do red and yellow combine?
Just those two.
I don’t just mean the royal browns that come from combining too much red, blue, and yellow using the two-paintbrush method my 4-year-old self did. I learned to oversaturate color then. As an adult, oversaturation turns into full, messy immersion.
Sometimes, oversaturation is how we find new colors.
What are the hidden tones of yellow within me that combine with the sun-baked oranges of Iquitos? Quietly.
Where do the purple and blue find their way into how I feel about being here, right now?
Few games have only 2 players. Nearly all colors are combinations of other colors. Moments combine as does culture.
So, I ask again: How do red and yellow combine? How do you and I?

¿Cómo combinan el rojo y el amarillo?
Sólo esos dos.
No me refiero sólo a los marrones reales que resultan de combinar demasiado rojo, azul y amarillo utilizando el método de los dos pinceles que hacía mi yo de 4 años. Entonces aprendí a sobresaturar el color. De adulto, la sobresaturación se convierte en una inmersión total y desordenada.
A veces, la sobresaturación es la forma de encontrar nuevos colores.
¿Cuáles son los tonos amarillos ocultos dentro de mí que se combinan con los naranjas tostados por el sol de Iquitos? En silencio.
¿Dónde encuentran el morado y el azul su camino en cómo me siento estando aquí, ahora mismo?
Pocos juegos tienen sólo 2 jugadores. Casi todos los colores son combinaciones de otros colores. Los momentos se combinan, al igual que la cultura.
