Creating Tiny Communities

One of the things I have noticed in my life lately is the presence of tiny communities. As I mentioned last week-- momentary connection, acts of generousity, noticing things. I think in terms of health, people feeling cared for and being connected to other people is so often the difference between health and lack of health. The great news is that tiny communities are easily created and are immediately nourishing. This is true even when you are the only person who does not natively speak the language or are from a very different place.
