So, perhaps the greatest lesson for me in all this... is to go ahead. To do something you are not sure about, stay an unknown sentence, live in an unsexy part of Lima, put your heart out there romantically. I am not clear how some people are mind-bendingly successful, but I think it just has to do deciding versus not deciding. Maybe some people are not so much successful as they are decisive.
