David Whyte

So, I have been an adorer of poetry for sometime. I also love the dual experience of loving and being loved in return. This is something that the poet David Whyte talks about in a line of his poem. Twice Blessed:

Someone I have been,
and someone
I am just,
about to become,
something I am
and will be forever,
the sheer generosity
of being loved
through loving:
the miracle reflection
of a twice blessed life.
