Helpfulness

But it is likely better, less tedious, and less stressful when you get out of the WAY of a process that does not need you. It could be stepping ever so slightly to the side of the conversation. Then you can then start listening because someone knows better than you do. It would be smart to hear what this other person is telling you.

I also means starting the long process of authenticity that actually results in real trust. After this, you can do some good work.

A shortcut is to work with people who are already trusted. That helps too.
