There are times when you look at another person, let`s say a woman at a drumcircle in Iquitos, and she is clearly living an exceptional series of moments. She is proudly playing, a look of contentment and fortitude in her presentation, and a smug air of satisfaction. She looks like she is walking inside her own greatness, her own discovery and thrill. She has all of that in how she stands with this group.

What`s more is that I recently befriended this woman in Iquitos and she is going to teach me how to cook delicious local food. She is going to channel that energy into that time with me and I am so glad I asked her to.
