I get why people don´t like it, why it is easy to avoid, why you get nervous and don´t want to show up. Then you actually meet a new person, ask them questions, walk around with them, and get to see them a little bit. Maybe you show parts of yourself too like the fact that you write a blog. Many people don´t know that. Maybe you talk about how you did not understand this whole conversation in Spanish and how you you get tired. Maybe you talk about the cocktail you are drinking or about how you wish you were not in that space. Maybe you mention via text that you just ate a sandwich and someone send you their playlist from work. Maybe you feel like you talk about yourself a lot.
