The Adult and Child at the Lunchtable

I made myself eat lunch today. I should be more clear.

The adult version of Anna made the child version of me eat lunch today. Anna in general was distracted and hot and tired. She had a small tantrum in a store. So, adult Anna sent the child Anna to lunch.

At lunch the child Anna spilled all over the table, squirming in the chair. The super friendly waiter brought a fruit salad. As food came, the child disappeared and the adult version of me stayed in the room, better nourished and could carry on with the day.

By the way, this happens with tiredness too. The child Anna who is tired. And the adult Anna who sends her to bed, finger pointed. It´s time. You´re done.
