The Appeal of the Professional

In a meandering life, it´s nice to find other people further along on the process.

People who are committed to putting with thrusted arm their work into the arena of the world.

People who, straight up, know more than you do. More experience and more specifically with what questions to ask. People who have learned how to be kind because that really, really matters. They can identify with a kind and pointed finger where your personal and specific gaps are. It´s hard to listen to them. It would honestly be easier not ask. But, there is a specific virtue to asking (as has been on my mind) even if you don´t want an answer.

Perhaps asking simply involves change which humans very often don´t want. Or hate.
