Perhaps one of the most difficult tasks for me is actually two tasks:

Sitting down inside a state of agitation instead of pacing. This requires a level of acceptance that outside objects and people work inside their own processes, on their own timelines, and do so regardless of me.
Recognizing that old things that worked decently well before could no longer be options in the future. Writing that seems obvious. To adapt is the art. Perhaps accepting this is homework.
