I am taking a vacation next week.

What I am really doing is stepping out the frame and context of my life.

I am stepping out of the normal activities and of equal importance the location where they take place. I think that’s why people gravitate towards showers, meditation, getting inebriated, or whatever. It takes them out of context. It’s also likely why people need to physically leave one location and go to another. It makes that stepping easier and more defined.

Me tomo unas vacaciones la semana que viene. Lo que realmente estoy haciendo es salir del marco y el contexto de mi vida.

Me estoy saliendo de las actividades normales y de igual importancia el lugar donde tienen lugar. Creo que es por eso que la gente se inclina por las duchas, la meditación, la embriaguez o lo que sea. Los saca de contexto. También es probable que sea la razón por la que la gente necesita dejar físicamente un lugar e ir a otro. Hace que ese paso sea más fácil y más definido.
