What´s in the background?

I was talking to a new person tonight about his passion for animal rescue. He has big plans.

As I listened to him, from the planks of a floating restaurant, a scene was emerging behind him. The water had stopped being water and turned into in infinite silver nest where a setting sun was landing. It stretched behind him and he became the center act of an unfolding show, a show he didn´t know was happening.

Perhaps humans do well with backdrops like that, it reminds us that we can glow too.

¿Qué hay en el fondo?

Esta noche estuve hablando con una persona nueva sobre su pasión por el rescate de animales. Tiene grandes planes.

Mientras le escuchaba, desde las tablas de un restaurante flotante, surgía una escena a sus espaldas. El agua había dejado de ser agua y se había convertido en un nido de plata infinito donde se posaba un sol poniente. Se extendía detrás de él y se convertía en el acto central de un espectáculo que se desarrollaba, un espectáculo que él no sabía que estaba sucediendo.

Tal vez a los humanos les vaya bien un telón de fondo así, pues nos recuerda que nosotros también podemos brillar.
