I sent a friend a photo of him and me.
He sent it back to me with a filter on it. It was refreshed and notably better.
This improvement, it doesn’t happen by itself.
I was amazed when I realized this example. We share something, casually with a committed community, and we get it back better. A differerent vision in a refreshed form.
This refreshment is what happens when we lean in to the involvement of others in the building blocks of what we want to create.

Esta mejora, no se produce por sí sola.
Me quedé sorprendida cuando me di cuenta de este ejemplo. Compartimos algo, casualmente con una comunidad comprometida, y nos lo devuelven mejor. Una visión diferente en una forma refrescada.
Este refrescamiento es lo que ocurre cuando nos apoyamos en la participación de otros en los bloques de construcción de lo que queremos crear.
