I have an LED reading light that looks like a small cat. As I write this, the tiny, dwindling light fades as I write in my dark bedroom. I watch it in my mirror´s reflection.

What a moment of insight. To only have one area illuminated at once. Perhaps that´s the silver lining of our time. Without much other light, we focus on one area at a time.

Tengo una luz de lectura LED que parece un gato pequeño. Mientras escribo esto, la diminuta y menguante luz se desvanece mientras escribo en mi oscuro dormitorio. La observo en el reflejo de mi espejo.

Qué momento de perspicacia. Tener sólo una zona iluminada a la vez. Tal vez ese sea el lado positivo de nuestro tiempo. Sin mucha más luz, nos centramos en un área a la vez.
