I had my first call with my altMBA cohort tonight. People from across the world who want a space of learning without shame, where real feedback is given and practiced. People who decided.

People with a conviction to level up, using blank paper as a true mirror.

It´s one thing to work on leveling up alone. It´s another to be in community. That change, doing something together, might be best described as magic. More to come on that.

It means that this work I do, others can share with me. And I can share and invest and be interested in their work too. It means that these things I experience, I can turn and ask someone else, “How do you manage?"

And what could be so useful?

A different kind of community of vulnerable learners

Aparecer en una comunidad de estudiantes vulnerables es lo que acaba de suceder.

Esta noche he tenido mi primera llamada con mi cohorte de altMBA. Gente de todo el mundo que quiere un espacio de aprendizaje sin vergüenza, donde se da y se practica la retroalimentación real. Gente que ha decidido.

Gente con la convicción de subir de nivel, usando un papel en blanco como un espejo muy real.

Una cosa es trabajar para subir de nivel solo. Otra es hacerlo en comunidad. Ese cambio, hacer algo juntx. Más adelante hablaremos de ello.

Significa que este trabajo que hago, otros pueden compartirlo conmigo. Y yo puedo compartir, invertir e interesarme por el de ellos y ellas. Significa que estas cosas que experimento, puedo girar y preguntar a otra persona: "¿Cómo te las arreglas?"
