Something changes when you see another person’s desire for control as what it really is. That could be and very often is, their fear.

It´s not about the business model or the organizational chart. It’s about thing behind the thing. Talking about it only works when people are enrolled in the change and the game and the conversation with you.

Note the colorful and odd angles ideas make when you rotate them into the light. The even odder angles happen when words never moved around your mouth escape it.

These are all edges worth interacting with.

Algo cambia cuando ves el deseo de control de otra persona como lo que realmente es. Podría ser (y muy a menudo lo es, su miedo).
