The question isn’t whether or not we will have creative destruction.
The question is what kind of creative destruction we will have. Life is always burned up and recreated.
The question is always: What kind of upheaval we will allow into our lives? What are we willing to be exposed to? What are we open to change?
To paraphrase Soren Kirkegaard, we have two options: we can be temporarily lost. Or we can be permanently lost after not having taken a risk.
We enter the (only singular road) of creative destruction and we find that it’s not that pleasant to walk down. We find significant discrepancies with:
How it feels versus how we want it to feel
How confident or attractive we would feel in the process.
After completing our homework with a correct answer, we didn’t get to put away the work. The work continued.
Look, we say to ourselves…”I lost my way momentarily. I did it in the only act that counts… the gracious showing up for whatever was new, whatever was to come.”

La cuestión no es si tendremos o no destrucción creativa.
La cuestión es qué tipo de destrucción creativa tendremos. La vida siempre se quema y se recrea.
La pregunta es siempre: ¿Qué tipo de trastorno permitiremos en nuestras vidas? ¿A qué estamos dispuestos a exponernos? ¿Qué estamos abiertos a cambiar?
Parafraseando a Soren Kirkegaard, tenemos dos opciones: podemos estar perdidos temporalmente. O podemos estar permanentemente perdidos después de no haber asumido un riesgo.
Entramos en el (único camino singular) de la destrucción creativa y nos encontramos con que no es tan agradable de recorrer. Encontramos discrepancias significativas con:
Cómo se siente frente a cómo queremos que se sienta
Cómo de seguras o atractivas nos sentiríamos en el proceso.
Después de completar nuestra tarea con una respuesta correcta, no conseguimos guardar el trabajo. El trabajo continuó.
Nos decimos a nosotras mismas... "Me he perdido momentáneamente. Lo hice en el único acto que cuenta... el de mostrarse con gracia para lo nuevo, para lo que vendría".
