What needs to come and be in born into the world via this regular practice of writing?

Natalie Goldberg says, "We see we are not writing, but everything is writing through us."

This specific reality is written through me, not writing through it.

She continues: "We write in the moment and reflect our minds, emotions, and environment in that moment. This does not mean that one (reality) is truer than the other- they are all true.”

I pull out my computer, start writing and touch on my own version of reality. Oddly, I end up feeling more like myself each time I do this. And share this.

My own version of reality with my dreams of nakedness and dessert.

Then… Natalie Goldberg writes, "…there are times when I have to step away from my notebook, and turn and face my own life."

We move back and forth. Between creation and writing and facing our own lives and how much they blend or are the same.

¿Qué tiene que venir y nacer en el mundo a través de esta práctica regular de la escritura?

Natalie Goldberg dice: "Vemos que no estamos escribiendo, pero todo está escribiendo a través de nosotros".

Esta realidad concreta se escribe a través de mí, no se escribe a través de ella.

Continúa: "Escribimos en el momento y reflejamos nuestras mentes, emociones y entorno en ese momento. Esto no significa que una (realidad) sea más verdadera que la otra: todas son verdaderas".

Saco mi ordenador, me pongo a escribir y toco mi propia versión de la realidad. Curiosamente, acabo sintiéndome más yo mismo cada vez que lo hago. Y comparto esto.

Entonces... Natalie Goldberg escribe: "...hay momentos en los que tengo que alejarme de mi cuaderno, y girar y enfrentarme a mi propia vida".

Nos movemos de un lado a otro. Entre la creación y la escritura y enfrentarnos a nuestras propias vidas y a lo mucho que se mezclan o son iguales.
